It’s never a dull day in the world of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.
The Harajuku Pop Princess dropped her new music video a couple of weeks ago, but ever since then, the bloody visual is still in my damn brain. Of course, I never in my mind thought of moving inanimate objects, gold moving frames, and a large stampede of bubble-fairy lights to be a thing in a music video for any J-pop artist (slight sarcasm)… until last week. The visual is in support of her new single “Harajuku Iyahoi”, which is the first taster of the singers upcoming album, and may I say its one hell-of-a great banger! But if you want to feast on it, dare if you please; you’ll witness moving trees, mutiple Kyary’s, people dressed in hats, shirts, in bloody hand costumes, and… yes, sheets of fabric that look like the swamp spirit from Spirited Award (with a top hat too). Uber weird and cute!
